On-site gas production systems manufacturer Novair has acquired Oxygen Generating Systems Intl. (OGSI).
Based in New York, OGSI has a wide range of highly durable oxygen generators, specifically designed for demanding applications such as disaster preparedness, healthcare or semiconductor manufacturing.
Effective January 1st (2022), the acquisition will see both OGSI and the US market gain access to a wide range of high-end solutions to complements it existing ranges of various equipment.
Further to this, the transaction will strengthen Novair’s global presence and manufacturing capacity with a new foothold in North America.
