Atlas Copco acquires Belgium’s Delta Temp

Atlas Copco Group has acquired Delta Temp, a Belgium-based provider of specialty rental solutions for industrial cooling applications.

Delta Temp is now part of Atlas Copco’s specialty rental division and will help Atlas Copco grow its temperature control business in Europe.

A privately owned company, Delta Temp has a presence in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. In 2023, the business had revenues of around €9m ($9.7m).

Andrew Walker, President of Atlas Copco’s Power Technique business area, said, “Delta Temp’s technical competence and application expertise, combined with the specialty rental division’s existing large industrial customer base, will help us accelerate the growth of our temperature control business in Europe.”

Delta Temp’s main customer segments include general manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, chemical, and steel production, among others.

This isn’t the first transaction made by Atlas Copco this week, however. On 4th April it also announced the signing of a deal to acquire the vacuum-related assets and the brand of Mexican Montajes Electromecánicos e Ingeniería (MEISA).
