Atlas Copco has completed the acquisition of Sykes Group Pty Ltd. from Seven Group Holdings.
Sykes, a global manufacturer of dewatering pumps, is headquartered in New South Wales, Australia, and has 123 employees globally.
The company serves the mining and wastewater segments with a wide range of surface dewatering pumps, together with chopper and cutter technologies for wastewater applications. It also has a portfolio of hydraulic submersible pumps.
Atlas Copco first announced its intention to acquire Sykes in August 2023.
