OzArc Gas Equipment & Supply, a portfolio operating company of Meritus Gas Partners, has acquired Eagle Safety Products.
Based in Missouri, Eagle Safety is an independent distributor of industrial gases, welding and safety supplies serving the southwestern St. Louis metropolitan area.
Bill Mayo, CEO of OzArc, said the acquisition will widen its geographic footprint and support continued growth.
James Garner, President of Ozarc, added, “Eagle is a longstanding distributor of Ozarc’s. This transaction cements Ozarc’s partnership with Eagle.”
