Linde’s Southern Arkansas ASU on-stream

Linde has started up its 470 tonne-per-day air separation plant in Lewisville, Arkansas. The plant, which produces liquid nitrogen and oxygen, was built to meet rapidly growing customer demand in Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas and Oklahoma.


Linde upgrading two ASUs

Linde North America has begun the process for a major overhaul of two of its air separation units (ASUs) after renewing long-term contracts with two of its major tonnage customers.



MATHESON to build ASU for Sasol

MATHESON has entered into an agreement with Sasol to supply tonnage oxygen and nitrogen to Sasol’s world-scale ethane cracker, which is part of Sasol’s $8.1bn expansion in Lake Charles, LA.  



Russia ASU agreed for Sibur in deal

Air Products has entered into an agreement with Sibur-Khimprom, a subsidiary of Sibur Holding, to build a new air separation unit in Perm (Russia) and to supply the facility with locally produced gases.



‘Full circle’ supply agreement signed

Air Products South Africa and Sasol Chemical Industries have signed a landmark agreement, which will see Air Products purchase the Sasolburg A2100 air separation unit (ASU), and simultaneously commence with a new long-term supply agreement.
